A strategic consulting firm that provides a wide range of Human Resource and Talent Management Solutions with a geographical footprint in Gauteng and KwaZulu Natal is looking to hire a Sales Representative.
The key roles and responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Implementing strategic and effective sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
- Plan all meetings with customers, and maintain and update daily reports.
- In liaison with the CLO, assess each customer’s specific needs and fulfil those requirements.
Essential Skills:
- Post Matric Certification in Marketing or any other related qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
- Experience working in an HR related industry (HR Consulting)
